Team Carmichael was amazing at the Seattle Dance o Rama!  The Emerald City themed competition was a blast, and we must have brought the California sun with us; the weather was PERFECT the entire time we were there!

The beautiful Sheraton Hotel was right next to the world famous Pikes Place Market, so in between rounds we'd jaunt on down and play tourists!  The guys at the fish place scared Kate with a giant fish puppet (in Kate's defense it was very realistic).  It looked like a really ugly, really big fish for sale, and when you lean forward to get a closer look, it jumps at you.   Very Funny. Kate Screamed.

The hotel lobby had a touch screen coffee table showing all the local reseraunts and entertainment and how to get there. Very Cool. We want one.

The vendors had all sorts of juicy merchandise.  We spent the entire trip eyeing the dresses, jewelry and shoes.  So much shopping. So little time.

Of course the dancing was fabulous and Carmichael made a great showing.  Connie Snoke-Weichbrodt was awarded top Gold Student.  Pam Briner placed 3rd in Smooth and 4th in Rhythm in the very competative scholarship division.  Candice and Tommy won both the Open Professional Salsa Competition and the Open Professional Rhythm Competition.  Pretty Awesome!
